These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Travel Inn Booking and registered agents who use the platform to book flights, tours, and related travel services. By signing up or using the platform, the Agent agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. Agent Eligibility & RegistrationAgents must provide accurate and verifiable personal and business information during registration. Travel Inn Booking reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate any agent account at its discretion. Each agent account is personal and must not be shared with third parties.
2. Scope of ServicesAgents are authorized to book flight tickets, tour packages, other travel services made available on the platform. All bookings are subject to airline, supplier, and service provider rules and availability.
3. Pricing & Mark-Up PolicyTravel Inn Booking provides base prices for flights and tours. Agents are permitted to add their own markup to the net price when selling to customers. The Agent is solely responsible for the final selling price charged to the customer and any disputes arising from the agent's markup. Travel Inn Booking is not responsible for how much markup an agent applies or how pricing is communicated to customers.
4. Payments & SettlementAgents must ensure full payment is received from customers before ticket issuance or service confirmation. Travel Inn Booking will not be liable for customer non-payment or chargebacks related to agent sales. All payments to Travel Inn Booking must be made in accordance with the platform instructions and timelines.
5. Ticketing, Changes & RefundsAll flight tickets and services are subject to: Airline fare rules, Supplier cancellation and refund policies. Agents are responsible for clearly explaining fare rules, penalties, and restrictions to customers. Refunds, changes, and cancellations are processed strictly in line with airline or supplier policies. Travel Inn Booking is not liable for losses resulting from airline delays, cancellations, or schedule changes.
6. Agent ResponsibilitiesThe Agent agrees to: Conduct business professionally, ethically, and transparently. Provide accurate travel information to customers. Avoid misleading pricing, false claims, or misrepresentation of Travel Inn Booking and Handle customer communication, follow-ups, and after-sales support for bookings made through their account.
7. Branding & RepresentationAgents may market themselves as Authorized Agents of Travel Inn Booking. Agents must not impersonate Travel Inn Booking staff, Present themselves as employees or owners of the Company or Use of the Travel Inn Booking name, logo, or materials must align with approved branding guidelines.
8. Liability & IndemnityTravel Inn Booking acts solely as a booking platform and intermediary. The Company shall not be liable for: Visa refusals, Airline operational issues, Losses arising from agent mark-ups or customer disputes. The Agent agrees to indemnify Travel Inn Booking against claims arising from: Misrepresentation, Pricing disputes and Unauthorized promises made to customers
9. Fraud, Abuse & Account SuspensionAny form of fraud, abuse, system manipulation, or misuse of the platform will result in immediate account suspension. Travel Inn Booking reserves the right to withhold earnings linked to suspicious or fraudulent activity.
10. TerminationEither party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination: The Agent must cease use of the platform and Outstanding obligations remain enforceable.
11. AmendmentsTravel Inn Booking reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
12. Governing LawThese Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to Travel Inn Booking's country of registration.

By registering on the Travel Inn Booking platform, the Agent confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
